A: Kumako is made of resin. Since the material is hard, please handle with care.
Q: Will the Kumako be dyed?
A: The Kumako will not be dyed by outfit or wig. Abrasive paper or nano sponge wipe can be used to remove surface scars and stains.
Q: How to take the head cap down?
A: The head cap is fixed with magnet, please put your hand on the back of the head cap, then press upwards to open.
Q: How to remove the head?
A: The head and body are connected with the S-shaped hook through the rubber band. Please use the ribbon or rope, lift the S-hook and rotate it 90°to remove the head.
Q: Does the Kumako need to be cleaned or sanded?
A: Kumako has been cleaned and sanded before delivery. It is not necessary to be cleaned again. Abrasive paper or nano sponge wipe can be used to remove surface scars and stains if needed.
Q: How to change the option hand parts?
A: The hands and body are connected with the S-shaped hook and rubber band. The method is the same with removing head.

Q: How to choose a wig for Kumako?
A: 8-9-inch wig is suitable for Kumako. In general, wigs that fit 1/3 doll will also fit Kumako. However, there are subtle differences between the wigs of different producers. Please refer to the doll page for detail body sizes of Kumako.
Q: How to choose eyes for Kumako?
A: 22-24 mm resin animatic eyes are suitable for Kumako. However, there are radian differences between the eyes of different producers. Please make the object as the standard.
Q: How to choose outfit for Kumako?
A: Please refer to the doll page for detail body sizes of Kumako. In general, 1/4 doll outfit will also fit Kumako. However, since Kumako’s lower body is relatively fat, for the tight design, please make the object as the standard.
Q: How to use the complimentary silicon rings?
A: The annular one is used for connecting head and neck, the crescent ones are used for connecting thigh and hip. The spare silicon rings are complimentary with the Kumako.
Q: Will the Kumako turn yellow over time?
A: Due to the properties of resin, it is inevitable to be embering (i.e. a noticeable yellow discoloration). Avoid direct UV rays (sunlight) as much as possible to slow down the natural yellow pace.
